The papers, read online in full. Leave your name and email address with a paper and its PDF is yours to keep, print and pass on. The library

Hear
Talks for leadership teams, boards and conferences, one paper at a time: what it argues, what follows from it, and what can be done.

Explore
A week-long workshop with a leadership team on what it takes to become a high-performance organisation. It runs through DFS from the way outcomes are produced, through decision-making, hierarchical decision-making, discrimination and psychological harm, to the conditions an organisation needs in place to bring its expertise to bear. The workshop is in preparation.

Implement
Work inside an organisation to put those conditions in place, starting where one person’s authority reaches and growing from there.

Build and research
What we are building: tools trained in DFS that can help an organisation do this work without anyone from DFS in the room. Organisations that want to build them together, and researchers who want to test the framework, are welcome to write.
