Who is responsible

Decision Free Solutions, a trade name of Trees with Character, Koningsstraat 156, 1211 NT Hilversum, the Netherlands (KvK 65762355). Questions and requests: info@decisionfreesolutions.com.

What is collected

Only what you give when you ask for a paper as a PDF: your name, your email address and, if you fill it in, your organisation, together with which paper you asked for and when.

The site sets no cookies and does not track you. The hosting service keeps ordinary server logs for a short time, as every web server does.

Why, and on what basis

To know who reads the papers, and to be able to write to you about the paper you asked for. The basis is your consent, given when you send the form; you can withdraw it at any time.

If you tick the box to receive new papers by email, your name and email address are added to the Decision Free Solutions publication on Substack, which sends them. You can unsubscribe from every email it sends.

Where it is kept

Form entries are kept by Netlify, which hosts this site; subscriptions by Substack. Both are based in the United States and transfer data under the safeguards the GDPR requires. Your details are not sold or passed to anyone else.

How long

Until you ask for them to be removed, or at most three years after your last request for a paper.

What you can ask for

To see the details kept about you, to have them corrected or removed, or to withdraw your consent. Write to info@decisionfreesolutions.com. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
